4. Payments

Payments shall be made according to the agreed proposal or invoice.
Late payments may delay project delivery.
Applicable taxes are the client's responsibility unless stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, all pre-existing intellectual property remains with its respective owner. Final approved deliverables become the client's property after full payment, excluding third-party licensed assets.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it only for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Quality Ads works with third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn and others. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes or account suspensions caused by those platforms.

8. Performance Disclaimer

Marketing performance depends on multiple factors. We do not guarantee specific rankings, sales, leads or advertising results unless expressly agreed in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Quality Ads shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or website.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project according to the agreed contract. Outstanding payments remain payable for work completed.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in India.
