Refund Policy

Please read our refund policy carefully before engaging Quality Ads for any service.

1. Advance Payment

An advance payment is mandatory before the commencement of any project or service. Work will begin only after the agreed advance payment has been received and confirmed.

2. Work Commencement

Once the project has started, our team allocates resources, time and technical expertise specifically for your project. Therefore, payments made for work already completed are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation During the Project

If the client decides to stop or cancel the project before completion, Quality Ads will retain payment equivalent to the work completed, hours invested and resources utilized up to the cancellation date. Any remaining eligible balance, if applicable, will be calculated and refunded at the company's discretion after deducting all completed work and related expenses.

4. No Refund After 25 Days

For projects covered under a 30-day agreement, no refund request will be accepted after 25 calendar days from the official project start date, regardless of whether the agreement period is 30 days or longer.

5. Service-Based Refunds

Marketing services such as SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development, Branding, Consultation and other digital services involve professional time and expertise. Refunds are not guaranteed once work has commenced.

6. Contract Requirement

This Refund Policy is applicable only for projects governed by a signed agreement, proposal or legally accepted contract between Quality Ads and the client.

7. Freelance Projects

This Refund Policy does not apply to freelance projects. Freelance assignments are governed entirely by the individual freelancer's own terms, pricing, payment schedule and refund decisions. Quality Ads is not responsible for such arrangements.

8. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, management may review a refund request on a case-by-case basis. Approval of any refund remains solely at the discretion of Quality Ads.
